This PR includes the patches made in the previous zx-patched vsn.

Timeouts are slightly increased. Also, restart parameters modified for less aggressive escalation.
Also, when started by gajumine, ensure that the restart type is permanent, so that if restarts escalate to the top, and the gmhive_client application is terminated, it stops the whole VM.
