gex: gajumaru exchange

Currently everything is in gex_httpd, which is the HTTP Daemon.

Only application so far.

Branches

• master = production. very stable. Should be able to git clone the repo and everything just works.
• staging = release candidates
• develop = wild west
• f-* = brothel in the wild west
