Adding a config interface to the miner as a proper first class window instead of a modal.

This change also adds the ability for the user to provide preferences for max memory consumption and processing core commitment, and configuration of additional beneficiary keys on whose behalf to mine.

This version also eliminates the need for passwords, as configuration only makes use of the public key, and key generation is left entirely to GajuDesk.
