Covered qid case in ast_typerep 
Because `qid` was not accepted the following code 

```
contract Test = 
   datatype myOption('a) = MyNone | MySome('a)
   entrypoint optionFn(v: myOption(string)): myOption(string) = v
```
Used to lead to `function_clause` error.
