Preparing to publish the current master as 0.2.0.
Also 'zompify' the repos:

  • The src/gmserialization.app.src.script script ensures that rebar3 uses the version in zomp.meta
  • The zompify.sh script (after rebar3 compile) prepares _build/zomp/lib/gmserialization
  • This can be packaged using zx package $GMSER_TOP/_build/zomp/lib/gmserialization
