gex: gajumaru exchange

Currently everything is in `gex_httpd`, which is the HTTP Daemon.
Only application so far.
Branches

- `master` = production. very stable. Should be able to `git clone` the repo
and everything just works.
- `staging` = release candidates
- `develop` = wild west
- `f-*` = brothel in the wild west
